[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unfair Deduction of Balance DOCOMO Number# [protected] | |||
Hi, I am Arun Kumar, using TATA DOCOMO prepaid services. I am fed up of TATA DOCOMO unfair deduction of my balance. I have recharge online my TATA DOCOMO number# [protected], 5 times in 2 days ( 22nd Nov 2012 and 23rd Nov 2012) but every time my balance got deducted. I have Recharge with balance of 50 rs. on 22nd Nov 2012 through my IDBI Internet banking and on 23rd Nov 2012 recharge with Rs. 50 + 20 + 20 through IDBI Internet banking and Rs. 20 with local dealer. But every time after recharge it shows the balance and then it deduct the balance automatically in a second it shows 0 balance. I tried to contact DOCOMO customer care and every time I got the response. Your transactions have not been showing in our system and also they told me to refund my money but I did not get any response till now. I am facing this problem for last One and a half month. Every time they deduct my balance without any reason, even I do not get any call or message. TATA DOCOMO refund the money once in a month and very next time they charge double or triple of the refunding money. Attach the Screen shot of IDBI Account Mini Statement for amount deduction from account on recharge of DOCOMO number. please do the needful to refund my money back or else recharge. Thanking you!
