Tata Docomo — Uninformed churn-out fees | |||
Dear TATA DOCOMO, A/c no.[protected], Mobile no.- [protected]. In response to https://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/tata-photon-3g-churn-out-fees-c8322...⇄ This is to clarify that I wasn't told about the 'Churn-out' fees by the shop keeper at the time of purchase nor by your representative in customer care while disconnection. You may confirm that through the recording of the conversation I had with your representative. All your representative had to do is to tell me to disconnect your service by the end of month and not the beginning to avoid your 'churn-out' rules without paying anything extra. I clarified this when I recieved the first reminder and it was later confirmed to me by your representative on phone that the churn-out fees had been waived off. Despite requesting a confirmation mail about the amount waived off, it wasn't sent me though I was assured. This can also be confirmed from the recordings. I would had done the recordings myself, had I known about your careless management that I'm still stuck with the issue. Again I'm receiving reminders for 'outstanding bill' of Rs 1834 (not mentioned as churn-out fees) now. I hope you would look into it sincerely for once at least as I don't know if all this merely a coincidence or heights of insincerity. Sincerely, Vinay Was this information helpful? | |||

I have received a legal notice today regarding payment of the Dues of Rs 1834 along with penal interest. I don't know what to do now. Kindly help.
