[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unnecessary bill generated although no use of dongle sim | |||
I had bought dongle sim approx in month of Feb 2013 for my samsung note-2. I had paid Rs. 999/- on special plan of docomo for 3 months. after that due to very slow speed of net and unnecessary redundancy, i had stopped using it and the same was already conveyed to customer care. Accordingly, the plan was stopped. However, still the bills are being generated for no reason whatsoever. My dongle sim no. is [protected], acc no.[protected], tariff plan-3GQARP750_5GB UNL PLAN. still now vide bill no-[protected], i am getting bill of Rs. 1984/-!!!! I have paid all money and i donot want this unnecessary hassle. Kindly stop sending bills and check from ur side for discrepancy. Was this information helpful? | |||
