Tata Docomo — unnecessary money deducting | |
Hi this is Rajendra, I am using the data docomo sim (Mobile NO is [protected]) for last 4 months, from past one and half month frequently deducted the money for the usage of data, I dint understand without browsing how can u charge the money, at least i don't have internet or gprs profiles to connect the internet, one week back i called to customer care regarding this problem, they told me sir you are browsing the internet so we deducted the money, just think i am using using samsung c3322 model, is there any one want to browse internet from this handset, and also they gave me wonderful suggestion, send SMS CAN GRPS to 121. I tried to send this message several times, but no reply from your side, I am asking one question is there any chance to connect to internet without having internet profiles in the mobile, if it possible why are you sending the internet or gprs settings to hand set every time inserting the sim into the mobile?. First I take this problem as simple, now I don't bare it. please rectify the problem as soon as possible. other wise i will think alternate source. Was this information helpful? | |
