[Resolved] Tata Docomo — doubling of bill amount | |||
My complaint is against tata photon service provider as i have already asked them to put my internet connection on hold as my credit card was lost .so, i was unable to pay bill at that time but instead of putting my connection on hold they kept on doubling my bill amount and after few days i got a call from delhi legal services about the case filed against me by them and hearing was on next day morning. now please help me as instead of my request they go on doubling the bill amount and now without any legal notice they are asking me to come for hearing at court . please help........
