[Resolved] Tata Docomo — New connection name differs from original name | |||
Dear Sir , I had taken a TATA DOCOMO connection in my name in October 2010. (Mr. AJIT K.NAIR). THE no. is [protected]. This service was disconnected within few months, when inquired I came to know that it is registered in another name (Mr. Mukesh). The fault being from Your side, I re-submitted fresh documents and assumed the matter being solved. After 2 months when the no not in use I contacted the VASAI(W) centre, the matter remains the same. The reply I got from them is that they are not responsible for the errors, they only forward the forms. horrible service
nobody from TATA DOCOMO seems interested in replying to the complaints, it's wastage of time running behind such companies. Can I get any responsible person details who can solve my problem.
no solutions seems to come from this horrible service of TATA DOCOMO. I would to proceed further with this complaint, whom should I contact.
