[Resolved] Tata Docomo — without inform me change my plan | |||
Tata photon service without inform me change my plan and increase my money more 100Rs my plan is 450 and last 3 to 4 month plan 556Rs and Previous plan is 3mbps speed with 450Rs with 1GB and now plan is 556Rs and speed 512kbps so this is not good and they not infrom me change my plan and without tell me change my plan and they also tell system not updated so call after 1hur and agin call me and do complain i want to go to close my service and hey guys no body buy TATA Photon pls guys i am very disappoint this service........... sir , i m not satisfied with tata photon whiz because it give 10- 12 kbps speed. but when i buy it retailer said, it gives u 153 kbps speed. can i exchange it with tata photon plus , i buy it date 27 feb, 2011. i agree to pay balance payment.
