[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Worst Internet service | |||||
I had ported my mobile number from Idea cellular to Tata Docomo as I found Docomo cheap and better than Idea. But it was my biggest mistake or the worst thought I had. Docomo rate plans are fine but the internet service in Chandigarh region is worst or I must say no service at all. They offer 2GB data but you can hardly use few MBs. The internet never works, is always disconnected. Had a lot of voice and e-mail conversations with few senior officials of company, but 0% improvement. They always give fault in your mobile. Idea or others are way better and stable network than DOCOMO. Free Advice: Don't go for DOCOMO for internet, you will cry definitely. Was this information helpful? | |||||

For reference my email id is [protected]@yahoo.in and you can check I already had done conversation with you, which resulted in nothing.
My complaint docket no[protected]. I also raised a signal issue which also doesn't worked
There is no point of discussion until you have solution for it. My mobile is absolutely fine and APN settings are also correct. The issue lies in your service, first improve then communicate. Else not only me everyone will start looking for alternatives, as no one will pay you in return of harassment.

Please guide the procedure to file a complaint against non efficient service providers and make it sticky on your website.
TRAI has made rules and regulations which are to be followed by every mobile service provider and i[censored]nsatisfied you can lodge a complaint against the same.

As I will not suffer for 3 months and wait for portability, will definitely take some action.

Tata Docomo — WORST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER
I am ravi Purohit, using Tata docomo, it is a worst service provider.It has no good points in any field i.e. customer care, network strength, clarity in voice, number of outlets etc.
Please don't use tata docomo though it gives u nice offers.
This is my only suggestion after tired out using docomo.
