Tata Docomo — Wrongly Charge in Post paid Bill | |||
I am vivek kumar agarwal owe a post paid connection of TATA docomo CDMA mobile no. [protected]. I am using Plan of Rs 899/-, Which is free calling to any subscriber any where in india. Docomo agent said to me the bill will not raise more that 1010. I have just started this service a month back. Now when my 1st bill generated it is showing bill amount of Rs 1236/-. When I go through that bill I came to know they are charging me for the activation of several useless services which were not activated by me. Now after calling in Customer Care they are not listining any thing I tried a lot but all went into vain. I request you kindly help me in waving off Rs 226 /- extra amount from my bill.
