[Resolved]  Tata Indica V2 — Stealing car parts in Authorized Servicing Center of TATA

Sir,

This is to highlight a SHAMEFUL activity performed in one of your Authorized Serving Center in Gurgaon. I have been associated with TATA since December, 2003 but this is the first time I am regretting my decision of buying TATA Indica.

My Car met with an accident on 19th April ’08 and it was brought to Gurgaon Car Scanner workshop for repair. In the course of repair they stole every possible thing from my Car (Seat Belt, Horn, Battery Lock, AC Caps and Stepney Tier Rim was replaced with accidented Rim).

That’s not all they dented/scratched other parts of my Car (Engine Oil Chamber, Paint on roof). Rare View Mirror which is attached on roof was broken in accident, instead of replacing it they glued it with the main frame which broke after 3 days of delivery.

I have even complained it with the owner of that Servicing Center and what did I hear from him is “Sir, I am listening to your complain and will work on it. I am not saying that I will not do anything about it”. Since that day till date I have not heard anything from him.

I am not sure what action or help I will get after writing this mail to you but I will surely seek help from Consumer Court incase I don’t get satisfactory solution from your end.
