Tata Indica V2 — Delivered defective car

How can I accept a defected new car ?

When I decided I need to go for Small car and that too my favorite dream vendor TATA, as a true patriotic person I convinced my family and decided to by Indica V2 (although I requested for e-V2). Here the treatment that I received at Hanuman motors Udupi during purchase and post purchase of vehicle...

1. First I met Hanuman motors (Vijay Simha, Rohan Shetty) during the month of May, they are agreed for car exchange (Maruthi Dezire) and convinced me to go for Indica V2, (but my ignorance I thought it was ev2) but anyway I appreciate their salesmanship, even though I didn’t interested in white color and convinced me to go for white color since later I believe the vehicle is available immediately.
2. Finally I had promised to deliver the car on Jun 25th and they delivered the car...invited me to office @ 4PM and delivered the car @ 7:30 PM the reason is insurance goof-up.
3. While delivering... following item not delivered
a. Light bulbs
b. I forced them to clean the dirty scratches (screen, near Gas inlet)
c. Remote control for Blue vision
d. FM radio not working (antenna is missing)
e. Steering cover (promised during delivery)
f. Carpet flooring (promised during delivery)
4. With this I took the car and drive towards home... while driving I found my Wiper is making sound... and before reaching home... my blue vision mirror is dangling
5. I told this thing... and Vijay promised me to rectify it within 2 days... and they took the car... on return to me on the same day eveing... and claimed that they replaced wiper, and seat cover has been put... but no steering cover and I reminded then and they put the same..
6. While driving home... I gain found wiper making sound...and when switch over to gas it works for 5 min and then automatically switchover to Petrol... When I enquired they asked me to put more Gas and maintain pressure...which I did it and but didn’t work... then I decided to give following list On Jun 28, 2011
Following to be done
1. Blue vision --- Connect to the existing Stereo system and test all the features (Video game), Hanging looses out... (prefer to return the system) , remote controller
2. Wiper – Makes sound after initial wipes .. May be wiper connection is tight
3. Water proof Floor matting , Seat covers
4. Flank at the rear end , Fix the Speakers
5. Registration
6. Gas switch over not functioning...
7. As I am writing down today July 09th (11 days) still it was not done...
8. On July 8th, I had asked Rohan Shetty and Vijam to arrange my meeting with GM of Hanuman motors they promised me to come and meet but when I reached the Tata motors...
a. Rohan shetty avoided talking to me directly
b. Vijay brought service manager Satish and ask me to speak to me directly...which I did and talk to his boss Vinod Patil and their I had few consoluation words (but it was too late!)
c. At least min I made 50-60 calls to Vijay and Rohan between Jun 28th – Jul 09th (most of time they told me to call me back and never return the call)
d. On July 8th Rohan promised me to send me a alternative vehicle between 10-12 AM and not even a curtsey to tell me not possible...later when I called he told me 3-3:30 it will be delivered.. Later at 4 PM I called he told our GM not agreeing...
e. They promised to do the registration on July 4th not done...
f. Overall service after sale is pathetic… SpeciallyRohan shetty is unfit to be in is position... and he has never concerned about customer and his style is somewhat Dadagiri...
9. Because of all these the trust that I had with TATA is now reached lowest... During my innovation letter I used to quote NANO success story to the employees of Philips (my company) and proud of saying so... But today I decided to reverse it!
10. As of today I am not in a position to accept the same vehicle... I requested for value for money and gave new vehicle (other than delivered) which they promptly rejected...
11. Since the accessories provided me of very low quality... I asked them to remove it and gave me a car without accessories...
12. Dealer conviniecing me that one in lakh car the defected gas kit will be found .. so I need to bear with that.. but as a customer I am thinking if it happens once in lakh why cannot replace and give me new car..since I purchasing new car..
13. On the whole the Bad experience resulted me to take a strong view...

Do not underestimate my concerns! .. take it seriously and give me the justice immediately,
