Dated 12th February 2008 To M/s. TataMotors (India) Limited Complaints on "TATA MOTORS- TATA INDICA XETA- GLS" Sub:Recurrent starting problem in the Indica Xeta Dear Sir, I had purchased the INDICA Xeta- GLS Model (as per following details) of the vehicle manufactured by you on 07.11.2006 vide invoice no. 2006-07/100687 from M/s Auto Point Car Division, Surat. Chasis No. 600208LTZP-F5913 Engine No. 475SI49LTZP- F5368 I am facing problem with the starting of car in winter season. The same was reported to you service centre Ms Auto Point in December 2006. Service centre was unable to rectify the fault. Meanwhile the winter season was over and the vehicle was not giving trouble. In January 2008 the vehicle was again giving problem and was given to M/s Bhartaum motors, Surat for the rectifications of fault vide Job Card No. JC-DhrAPL-SP[protected] dated 21.01.2008. Inspite of efforts put in By the service centre the fault is not rectified till date. M/s Bharataum Motors has informed that they will be taking up the matter with the company for the fault diagnosis. Dear Sir,
I had purchased the INDICA Xeta- GLS Model (as per following details) of the vehicle manufactured by you on 07.11.2006 vide invoice no. 2006-07/100687 from M/s Auto Point Car Division, Surat.
