Tata Indicom — balance deducted for unsubscribe services

I am a customer of Tata Docomo. My mobile No. is [protected] (delhi). It is very difficult to contact their customer care. This company has activated a Parde ke peeche pack and deducted Rs.30/- from my balance. I received their message only today - 9.8.12 and[protected]. This they have done without my consent. They have automatically activated the pack. I have not activated this pack. I could not get their customer care to deactivate this pack. Earlier also, this company has activated a pack and deducted Rs.30/- from my balance. Once I have told them to stop sending all company messages/packs. Could you help me to get back my balance ? they are not crediting my money back..-/////

i have called to my friends no.[protected]
to talk with him, that number has not reachable at that time.
in my balance 3 time deducted Rs.3, Rs.3, Rs.3 = Rs. 9
has unneccessary deducted to my no.[protected]

TataIndicom — deduction due to automatic services

Sir/Mam,
i used to face a problem due to deduction of balance.I don't know how some services automatically activated and some amount has been deducted.
recently yesterday at 8.45 pm i recharged 50 rs/-.without making a call now my balance is 13rs/-.used to i got this type of problem.,.so i wants recredit of that amount due to any rubbish services.thank you.

How do I unsubscribe to the ANNOYING text messages that I get EVERYDAY (3-4 msgs that too per day!!) for Tata Photon Plus???I have lost the dongle also...Not interested in it.Just need to get rid of the messages I get.The Photon no. is [protected]
