[Resolved] Tata Indicom Broadband — Relocation Issue | |||
Dear Sir, I have took a Tata indicom broadband connection on[protected] and paid 4 months advance(3591/- ) Executive name - Babu, Enq no 2208123 I have requested for relocation on Oct 10 and sent mail with all the necessary details ( sol form , passport , id card new address proof etc..) But there is no response till now on this! I called to customer care several times. I have been sending mails since 26th October on this concern. I have sent more than 10 mails to [protected]@tatacommunications.com with the details of the issue, and all in vain! Despite becoming hopeless, this has already impacted my business, and I really want you to do something on this. I request you to take necessary action on this at the earliest.
