Tata Indicomm prepaid mobile — postpaid bill on prepaid card

Sir, I have tata prepaid connection [protected]. On 30th june I got recharge of 256/- for free tata to tata calls n sms, but my outgoing calls were not allowed. I then got a topup of 50 rs/- done and even that balance was deducted stating that I had an outstanding bill of 1400/- rs. how is that possible when this is a prepaid connection???. Most frustrating is that even my calls to customer care are not getting through...do they think they can take their customers for a ride..

I also got the same response that my number will be converted to prepaid from postpaid within 72 hours. Now 72 hours complete but I dont know the procedure for next steps for conversion.

Please let me know the steps I need to follow.

[protected] to post paid to pre paid, i gone for the tata indicom service center in deep market ashok vihar, he says that your connection will change with in 72 hr. but now my no. is not working (Switch off). i have already my phone two times switch off and then switch on but it is not working.

I want to convert my photo plus from prepaid to post paid. My Tta docomo no. is [protected]. I call customer care but they suggest me to go to their office. As threi office is far away i am not able to go there in week days.

I think i should approach consumer court, --- your suggessions are welcome. My mobile no. is [protected] which is of reliance and they are giving exellent services.
