[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Tata Indicom Prepaid Connection

Dear Sir,
this is your customer named Sandeep kumar sharma, i have one Tata indicomm connection, this connection is for Kharagpur WB, i have take this connection from may 2007 but right now i have some problem in my connection
what happen when i am going for other cities, my mobile is not working, all the servces withdrawn, but when i come to kharagpur or kolkata only incoming is running, other wise i am not getting incoming facilities in Jharkhand or other states, i am personally coming in tata Indicomm office which is situated in
Kharida Fatak Bazar, Kharagpur Paschim, Mednipur
The person name is rajinder and one lady is there
i am reaching and write the complaint so many times but he and she did not reply to me right now this is 2 months passed my mobile is not working ill go to tata indicoom office which is situated in Bistupur Or sakchi Jamshedpur.he told me there is some PLR registration is not done so, he told me where you have to purchase the mobile from there PLR registration is done .

This is to inform you that i am suffering with the service.i am using this service from last 4 years.Now your people disconnect the line due to the reason of Address Verification.I have already submited the Address Proof (Voter ID) to the nearest TataIndicom Office on[protected].But till now i am not having the connection.I was unable to talk with any costumer care officer.So take this as a Serious Issue.And do needfull as soon as possible.

Hi,

I am facing a big problem with tata indicomm postpaid walky. Due to some technical fault walky not working proprly. I complaint many times to customer care for the same but they have not respond posiyivly. They have no manner how to talk with customer they shouted when they were asking for the information about the walky details. If they have no warrenty or replaments aggrement with the manufacturer of the walky should inform the customer at the time of purchase.

I have used tata incom no [protected] previously post paid and same was discontuted and now i would like to take pre-paid but customer service team is saying this is SIM LESS PHONE so we can't change.

So please help me in this case i would like to shift to pre paid please help me in this
