Tata Indicom — POOREST CUSTOMER 'CARE'....'HOTTEST' BILLS

Hello Everyone! I am pasting my correspondences with TATA INDICOM with regard to their internet services. Can you imagine a company more poor in customer service??? Can you imagine a company cheating its customers as blatantly as this?

READ BELOW:
...

MY MONTHLY BILL SHOULD BE ONLY Rs.325. UPON MY COMPLAINT, YOU HAD REDUCED IT TO Rs.325 FOR THE MONTH OF MAY-JUNE 08. SHOULD I BEG YOU EVERY MONTH TO REDUCE THE BILLED AMOUNT? WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND THIS MATTER? (AM I TALKING SOME STRANGE LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH? OR, YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH?)

I AM NO LONGER IN INDIA AND I WANT TO WIND UP ALL RELATIONS WITH TATA INDICOM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE (ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!).

IF YOU CAN NOT UNDERSTAND AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, CAN YOU CONNECT ME TO SOME SENIOR OFFICIAL? OR, CAN YOU TALK TO TATA INDICOM MUVATTUPUZHA HUB OFFICE. I TOOK THE CONNECTION FROM THEM AND THEY KNOW EVERYTHING.

IT IS STRANGE THAT AN APPLICATION FILED FOR DISCONNECTION ON 13 AUGUST IS STILL UNDER PROCESS!!!

I am so angry and disappointed at your adamant posture that "come whatever may, I will not understand my customer".

In the above context, the account[protected] and the postpaid number [protected] may be canceled / disconnected with immediate effect. I have not been able to use the connection for the last several days. You may send me the final bill till today.

I verified the original records at the Muvattupuzha office of Tata Indicom and re-confirmed for myself that I never had requested the add-on connections that you argue I had and later discontinued. I understand that today is the last date for paying the last month's bill. Since you have not yet corrected the errors in the bill, I have not been able to make the payment. I am not responsible for this and will not make any fine that may come due to the non-payment of the bill.

This does not make any sense. I have NEVER applied for V Data Unlimited data Scheme. Then, how does the issue of disconnecting it on 29th June come? Does it make any sense to have 2 schemes...an unlimited scheme and a limited scheme? (If I have an unlimited scheme, why should I have a limited one!!!). THIS ISSUE WAS SETTLED LAST MONTH ITSELF, WITH YOUR NODAL OFFICER KERALA. You can refer the primary application if I have ever applied for 2 schemes under the same mobile number.

I WILL FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT IF TATA INDICOM CONTINUES TO FORCE ME TO WASTE MY TIME BEHIND THIS. IF YOU CAN NOT GIVE ME PEACE OF MIND, YOU MAY DISCONNECT THIS CONNECTION. I CAN'T WASTE MY VALUABLE TIME TO KEEP ON CONVINCING YOU.

Please refer to your below given email to me w.r.t. account number[protected]. You promised that the error that occurred in the last month won't be repeated.

I have the latest bill and...this is sad, and ... very very outrageous!

Do correct the bill so that I can make the payment.

Let me reiterate that my plan is value 325 data plan alone...and alone...

Hello!

I had launched a complaint the last week w.r.t. an anomaly in my last bill for the account number[protected]. I was orally promised by the call center people that the extra-amount that i appeared in the bill will be cut down and the new bill will be sent to me. But, nothing happened so far!

Please examine.

Let me repeat: I have a Value 325 VData Plan ONLY. I am not responsible for all the extra flesh added to that...including the addition of another data plan for the same mobile number (crazy!).
