[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Harassment by Tata Teleservices | |||
We are being un-necessarily harassed by Tata Teleservices even when they have not provided proper services and caused mental trauma to us. We had subscribed for their WiFi hub (no. [protected]) at a charge of Rs. 6000 + connection charges on the promises that the connection and speed are excellent in Delhi NCR and we would be getting good speeds and reliable services. However the device never performed and we were always struggling to get proper connection speeds even to do basic email and internet browsing. We finally decided to discontinue the services and this is when the next level of trauma started. whenever we called up the call center to discontinue the connection they asked us to call a different number and whenever we tried the numbers given the operators said that they do not have nay information on this as this falls under 3G connection. Whenever we tried the 3G helpline number we were given a response that our number is not registered under 3G and we could not provide any help to you. SO essentially whenever we called we were told that the customer service cannot help you as either your number is not registered with us OR your number is 3G connection OR please call 3G services (which again never went through as the number was not registered). This went on for 2 months and with no help coming through we went to their Lajpat Nagar center ( we had to take time off from my office and already I had wasted a lot of time on phone in the last months). The request was taken there by saying that it will be forwarded. During all this time the services were not proper, we were mentally harassed and at the end we received a bill of 1842 rupees for the duration even after we mentioned to them during our calls that we do not want the connection and we will nto be paying any further. Now we are getting calls from their recovery agents and day before yesterday we received a letter from Sanjjev Sabharwal & Co. mentioning that it is a legal notice to pay up or as we are defaulters. Can anybody advice me on what to do as clearly these guys are the defaulters and we are being asked to pay up for insufficient services, mental trauma to us, bad customer service... TATA Indicom — Getting insufficient internet speed
I have Photon plus data card from TATAINDICOM COMPANY. The company claims internet speed of 3 mbps but I get inly about 200 kbps. Though several times complaints was given no improvement is evident. But I am paying the money everymonth whether I get the speed or not. Please help me to resolve the issue.60%

TATA Indicom — harassment
I took an internet connection from tata executive on date 28 feb 2010 my tata photon number is [protected].but suddenly from 2 march 2010 the services was stopped i visited the klk estate several times but no response since 6 months they are harresseing me and they not evon refund my money.
