[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Service not resumed after proper payment | |||
I have recharged my Tata Photon+ number [protected] with Rs. 700.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred Only) yesterday at approximately 1 pm online through my SBI Titabar Branch against Ref. No. IG45906834. I have contacted Tata Photon customer care yesterday after the transaction was done, I was said that it will take 24 hrs. to complete the process. But now the said time was expired and I contacted again to the said company but they refused to resume my service at an early date before 6th April, 2011. I found this sentence ridiculous as I have already paid the sum to the said company for the Internet Service for my said Tata Photon number. So, in this case I request you to kindly take the appropriate and necessary action t an early date.
