Subject:-Regarding dispute bill of internet for the month of 15.12.2009 to 14.1.2010,15.01.2010 to 14.02.2010 or 15.02.2010 to 14.03.2010.

Sir,
This is to inform you that I ,D.P.Karn, a customer of your internet service and my tata indicom internet number is [protected].I received your bill for the month of december 15,2009 to january 14,2010 on 19th january 2010.According to the bill received
the total time that had been used is 3732 minutes whereas my pc data shows 1128 minutes.It have been orally informed to you about the differences in time.After showing my data it was accepted by the company that yes there is a huge differences.

I had complain in Durgapur workoffice on 5.02.2010 by e-mail and there was also a attachment file of my internet use data by screenshot to the internet usage unit but there was not any response.After not getting any response I made a phone call on 5 feb,2010 in durgapur workoffice, they informed me that they did't received any mail and adviced me to send a fax to [protected] .After sending the fax they made no response to it and told me that the bill send by them is correct,then I made a phone call and complained about it hence they send me a complain number 21296825 again it had been innformed by them that the bill send by them is correct .I told that if their bill is correct then why it is not matching with the data shown by my Tata indicom usb modem.It had been informed by you that the complain send by me has no connection with the bill so it is being accepted in a different way.Again there was a phone call by your company that the bill that had been already generated cannot be checked,and told me that where I had complained for the first time I should send my data and get it checked for the rectification of the bill.when you had send the bill for15.2.2010 to 14.3.2010 I was surprised to see that if the internet was already disconnected by you for not paying the bill then how could it be possible that I used the net in supplied period of time .According to me I think there is mechanical problem which need to be searched out.

I kindly request you to go through all the bills and send me the rectified bills so that I can pay for it and please also send me the detailed bill for 14.12.2009 to 14.3.2010.

I hold an Tata Indicom no. [protected] with account no.[protected]. I was billed excess for the month of May 2008, but I didn’t complaint. Again I was billed heavily in the month of June 2008 for Rs 2917 instead of Rs 900.00 the rental only.

I contacted their Chandigarh office and several assistants talked but of no use some of them to name with are Mr. Sanjay and Ganesh on 11.7.08. These phone attendants should be removed from the job itself as they didn’t try to understand the problem and cannot handle a customer’s need.

I have a log to prove my point that my usage is quite less. Accordingly my internet was disconnected from 3rd July to 11th July and my work suffered. When I asked how much money to be deposited to start my connection, one person told Rs. 5890.00 approximately or more. The other said he cannot reply till bill is generated on 11th. Only on 11th July I could know that I had to deposit Rs 2917 and I have deposited Rs. 3000.00. vide receipt no. 4014910.

But I have to fight out this complaint with Tata Indicom India. I have to be refunded my excess money charged beyond my rental as no body could provide me the log of my usage till date.

I charge them that they are billing excess or somebody else is using the net on my account.

TATA Indicom — Excess billing

This is to make you concern about the trouble I am facing with TATA Indicom internet connection. I had gone
through the three tier institutionalized grievances redressal mechanism.
I am a cosumer of tata indicom newly introduced plug_2_surf wireless internet connection. I had to bought a
USB modem(of Rs. 2500.00) and a sim card worth of Rs. 99.00 during taking connection. My USB MODEM no.
is [protected] and it was activated from 27th MAY, 2009. I am in PLan 325, it is a time based plan the
monthly rental is Rs. 325.00 and it allows 1800 minutes free internet surfing per month.A software named
dialer was given along with the USB modem supposed to keep the internet usage log in time and data transfer.
For the first month I surfed internet accordig to the internet log of that dialer software.At the end of my
billing cycle the total minutes of internet surfing was well within my free limits. But in the bill I noticed some
extra charge was claimed as the extra internet usage, it was Rs.2230.00. I then contacted to the service provider
regarding this matter, they admitted that there is some problem with the software and refused to change the
software but theyTOLD THAT I HAD USED SO THE EXCESS BILL . I requested them a lot to change the modem and software but they just refused.

minutes which is well within my free limits 1800 minutes, in my last bill I observed my internet usage is 840
I am really frustrated now, breaching of connection will be a loss for me as I bought the USB modem just 17
DAYS back.

Under this circumstances I need your help to solve my problem.In this mail I am not sending any document as
the software output is not possible but if required I can send the print screen picture of the internet log and
the bills of the tataindicom that are the documents I have.

I am waiting for your solution.
this is all the defects of billing software of tata indicom please gice solution as early as possible.

TATA Indicom — Refusal to change billing date

I have had a Tata Indicom plug to surf connection for the past 2 yrs and after i changed my job i asked for my billing date to be changed as i get paid at the end of the month making my bill due on the 26th was charging me late fees of Rs.100 per month.

On request they refused to change the payment due date even after explaining to them the situation.

tata is such a company which is meant to raise inflated bills it has happened with me also My connection was closed on 29th april by saying usage is Rs 400. Connection remain closed since then Today I got a bill o[censored]sage rs 3074.. How its possible?

I called up your customer care today and spoke to Parvinder Singh who does not understand anything and looks so stupid while talking to customer. I do not know what to do

TATA Indicom — excessive bill

dear sir,
i am a service user of tata indicom with the name Growth Academy,walky no.65572022 having plan of rental 299/month.First month i got a bill of 391 which i paid.Another month i got a bill of 933 which was objectionable.I complained about it in customer care and requested for a detail of my data used.they stoped the outgoing services and begin to call me again and again and saying that i have to deposit the money which they have stated in the bill.But i said that i am not going to deposit the money without the detail about the uses.After that i got another bill of 419.and they are calling me again and again for pament.
so pleaes, i request you to do the needfull.
