Tata Indicom — Fraudulent Bill | |||
Hi my name is Aman Dasgupta,I am a TATA Indisom customer from last 1.5 years and recently opted for mobile internet.While upgrading my SIM to OMH card which gives us the facility to use internet on Samsung Corby F339 handset,I have been informed from TATA indicom that my internet charges will be Rs 0.40/1min.Even on my bill the Summury page(first page of bill) says that internet charges are Rs 0.40/1min,however they have charged me Rs 2.0/min,which is copletly incorrect.When I spoke to them regarding the same,they advised me that the internet charges for Samsung Corby is Rs 2.0/min and the charge that reflects on the first page is a generalised internet charges and not the actual charge for my fone.They alo have my fone details in their system as I am using Samsung Corby.This is the third bill that I have received with the same kind of misinformation. I myself work for Vodafone Hutchison Ltd(Austalia) for 3Global services and a bit aware of telecome industry,however a person who dosnt know this kind of tacts will keep on paying incorrect charges to these companies. This needs to be addressed strictly and end of the day its consumer who suffers.
