[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Bill paid on time but tata indicom's system not reflecting payment made | |||
Hi, I have broadband connection from Tata Indicom called "Photon Plus" (Account number:[protected]. On 7th January, I found that internet has stopped working. I called to customer care and found out that bill for one month is due. They told once bill is paid it is reflected in system within 2 to 24 hours. I paid the bill online through citibank twice, but still the bill paid did not reflect in Tata indicom's system after 5 days . Again internet was disconnected on 12th January 2011. I followed up with the bank through which I paid my bill online and it confirmed that Tata indicom had accepted payment on 7th January itself. After following up with customer care thrice in one day, finally the systemis now reflecting the bill paid status. This has loosened my faith in Tata Photon plus as I consider it as a kind of cheating as if I would not have followed up myself, they would not have updated my bill paid status and later on would have charged late payment fees as well as disrupting internet connection.
