[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Network Problem

Dear Sir
I made complain couple of time to customer care but my problem doesnot resolved. The problem of not getting Tata Network (Mobile no. [protected]) for more than 10 days in Pauri District, Garhwal (Uttarakhand)
I am right now in Haridwar, where i had Tata Service, But in Pauri where i m working there is no tata signal for more than 10 days. I am residing there for more than 3 year without losing signal for single day. But these days i am facing so much problem.
If problem persist, then i should port it with other service provider. I m your old customer having postpaid connection. Please forward this mail to your higher authority or anybody else so that my problem could be rectified.

I am having 2 wire less phone and 4 mobile phone of TATA TELE at my residential address in kandivali prime area, the address is B/605 lucky tower, m.g cross road no 4 kandivali west i m living in top floor of the society even though i m not getting the net work in all the lines, after making sevral complaint their is no response from your side now i m fadup with your services if MY this complaint not be solwed with in 24 hours , i will write to consumer court as well as minster for tele com department and also to trai (tele com regulactory).and all print and electronic media.

tata indicom calling card — unable to dial acceess no

from last 48 hours whenever i am dialling the access code my state mp my call is getting diverted to shree ganesha astrology service.I called up 12678 five times in which they gave these solutions- switch off phone for 2 hours, try access code of other states but the problem did not change.Each customer service agent has to be explained the problem in detail, he gives this solution and beahves like an expert AND DOES NOT REGISTER A COMPLAINT NOR DOES HE TRANSFER CALL TO SUPERVISOR.One solution offered was to give complaint on 121, i gave complaints and was contacted by technical team and they reiterated that there is no solution from their side and that problem is with calling card and they are avoiding to note complaint.
We have prepaid connection from tata indicom. My handset is not getting tower.we live near(sambhariya road, phaliyawas) jaipur dist. in rajasthan. So plz provide very soon tata network service so we enjoy to tata indicom.

TATA Indicom — regarding network problem

I had taken a tata indicom net connection on 5th of september and regarding this i register so many complains they never checked their network in my location, even accoding to the rule one person has to come to my home to install the mordem but they give me the demo on phone to install it. I had call their service engineer N no of times but the same response that my PC is defective. i was complaining from last two months and now they are saying my PC has problem why didnt they told me 2 months back. Now they are not attending my calls and talk to me so rudely I had paid 3010/- for the net connection.

Even the Indicom dialer is not working, they said when PC is defective then its not work, my god means my new laptop is that much defective that it cant upload a software???????????? even google.com page take a lot of time to open if my PC is that much defective then i cant do any work on that. I had checked my pc in cafe where they connected it by their network and its worked very good their. I had send 2 mails asking for my complain No and dates so that i could send it to u but they didnt reply yet.

TATA Indicom — Network Issue

Dear Sir,

I have registered a Complaint with the TATA indicomm Call centre regarding Network coverage in Fatima Nagar, Pune on 02.02.2010.

I have asked the Customer care regarding this and they replied that the Network tower is under repair and it takes till the month of march to install new tower.

This is ridiculous and it is an act of cheating a customer

They are charging Rs500 every month as a rent. And the service provided is worst.

Every month atleast twice this problem occurs.

Kindly look into it.

TATA Indicom — Poor Network and excessive call drop problem

I am facing problem of call drop since I have take New tata indicom connection.Even raising this issue to tata indicom customer care and after constat follow ups ,I got no response from them .So I have to take up the issue to Consumer Forum.Please look in to the problem

my family ( an handicap father and dependent sister) is using a Tata indicom walky since 2005at mavellikara in kerala. It has network problem and the antanae is loose. The complaints so far have yielded no results. Kindly replace the set(walky) at the earliest .I and my family find it difficult to contact each other for days. it is an humble appeal.

my mom calls my sis in up(moradabad) daily at dusk . we have subscribed to pay-per-call service i.e. 10min for RS.3 (std call).

but the matter is that
1. there is call drop .i.e. phone get disconnected within 1 min and we have to call back to talk and that costs us and interestingly there is no call drop in 2nd attempt .and there is no call drop in case of local calls also, it is only in case of std calls
2. customer care service is very bad. i have tried many times but either there is no provision of talking to customer care executive or they are not wiiling to talk . i have registered complaints several times but it works for few days only . after that it is as usual.

Tata Indicom Postpaid Connection — Network issues

Good Afternoon Mr. Kohli
Hope you are doing great!
I am a Tata Indicom user from last 4 years .
I use to be one of the happy customers and I have 3 post paid Tata numbers. I want to bring in your consideration a issue which I am facing from last 6 months and no resolution has been given to me.
I live in Laxmi Nagar. My house is on First floor.
I hardly get any signals in my home on any of the phones. If some time I get one or two signals ,the call drops and if I make any call ,again I face the same issue. You can check my bill details and can easily make it out how much extra money I am wasting ,calling again and again as call lost or drop.
I have complained about this issue more than 4 times in last 6 months however I was told that there was only one complained registered on 30/6/2010 and on 17/9/2010.
I Doubt on your records , as your networking person came to me home twice (on 2 different complains-sorry I do not have no. of the complaints but I remember the name of the person –Kanahiya Lal.)for checking the network issue and called someone from there and said there is a issue with the network in your area.
I was Promised that the problem will be take care of however I received a message on 15/8/2010 that the complained is been closed.
I again complained on 18/8/2010 and I got a call from some 0172 number and the really rude person named Manish told me that there is a problem in your area and that cannot be resolved. If you want you can close all the connections and disconnected the call, making me surprised and disappointed.
I didn’t find any solution of the issue.
I am becoming frustrated day by day. Due to this network problem I met with a very heavy economic loss of 5 lace Rupees as someone was calling me and I was unable to hear what he is saying. he tried to call me 4 times from USA and finally gave up as I was unable to get him.
All the Phone numbers I have works fine ,all over India including Vashno davi and Extreme height’s of Bharo jee, however it do not work in my home area i.e. Laxmi Nagar.
I request you to please look into the matter ASAP so that this issue can be resolved and provide me a discount on my bill for all call lost or made again and again.
The durations of the calls are nearly from 1 second to 10 seconds.
This is the last thing which I can request you and if can be resolved ,please help me and do so else I am left with no other option to change my services and close all my phones .
I was also given a number to call you as[protected] however I tried to call you more than 100 times in last couple of days and all the time I get a call was lost or I get a complete silence and call keeps on going.
Please do the needful and provide me a discount on all the calls which are lost due to such a massive problem of Networking. One thing I want to put in your Knowledge that all this network problem started from the day you people started your Voice Mail Service. Might be this may help you to understand the issue in a better way.

I am facing the problem of Network and call drop problem since last three months. Whenever I contacted the Customer care they never attended my complaints, when i contacted the nodal officer through email there is no response till today. On bill they write "engineer on call we're always around". when i contacted the number they told they are unable to solve my problem.In call center also the executive made me wait for 15-20 minutes several times but there is no result till today.
I am sure if anybody want to know about the hell he should take a connection of Tata indicom. He will get the right feeling.

We are having 3 connection with your organisation. Out of which two were or 3 year zero rental and it seems that they were expired in last month. Your office has activated some other plan without informing us. Please revert the charges at the earliest.Inform the lowest tariffs if any.
I am really afraid to see that your so high level company how it imposes its wishes on the customer without informing customer and it is not fair on your side also.
If you are able to revert the same and suggest some alternative plan then its ok.otherwise cancel the connection

Problem is same...your network service very poor...
Very bad service provider in my area...i am many more complaint (CDMA covarage related) but not resolved...
