[Resolved] TATA Indicom Photon — Compatibility issue | |||
Hello, I have purchased a Tata Photon Whiz mobile connection, however I did not manage to connect, the operating system I use is Linux Ubuntu 10.04. When I connect the device (CM200) it detects it as a CD drive and in the root folder of it I find a Linux installation package with description "CM200 Linux Driver". I install this package and reboot the system, then I follow the instructions to configure the wvdial software for doing the connection, but it doesn't work. On windows operating system it works, however I am moving to Linux and not planning to be using windows os often. If nobody can tell me how to make the connection work, I shall consider asking service to another company. Thank You. Tata indicom photon — coverage issue
Hi, My name is Hetal Joshi ..I have a tata photon wireless BB service...account no[protected] ....from the past 2 days i am getting only 3 bars of network on the main indicator , earlier i used to get full coverage on my photon plus...i have complained to tata photon team but in vain...can someone help me ?Kindest Regards

Tata indicom photon — Poor performance and not resolved after a month even
Hello,Happy New year.
I have taken the photon+ boradbadn internet services from tataindicom on 2nd Dec 2009. Account #[protected].
From day one I faced the performace issue. Couple of times I contacted the customer care and they guided me with some system settings. All those did not improve the performance and I lodged a complain on 8th of Dec ( ref#[protected], the site engineers visited my place and sent all the data captured on the speed. The issue did not get resolved.
Without my concurrence and without a resolution, tataindicom has closed my complaint and I registered a new one on 6th Jan 2010 ( Ref#[protected], The Jes visited again and reporeted all issues to their backend.
I have escalated to the nodal officer ( Ms Deepa) and asked for cancellation of my account and refund.
Reuqest your intervention for a faster refund and a compensation for my suffering ( The amount I expect is the same I paid for the connection along with the refund of the same)
