Tata Indicom — REFUND NOT PROVIDED AFTER PROVIDING RESOLUTION NO. | |||
Dear Sir, I tried to recharge my cellphone online through tata indicom online recharge portal. the summary is as follows. Recharged Date : 04 March 2013 Recharged amount : 94/- Credit card bank name : HDFC BANK Transaction ID : MCIT[protected] Website Name :http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx Mobile No.- [protected] I did not received recharge on my cellphone. so i mailed on customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in them about this issue and asked for refund. On 8th March they provided me docket number PRRG12818744 and wrote me on mail that my refund will be provided in next 5-7 working days. But still i have not received even a single rupee refund from Tata indicom. Was this information helpful? | |||
