[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Recharge not successful

I had done recharge of Rs. 349 from Tata Indicom website through Net Banking. Recharge was not successful but the amount is deducted from my Union bank Savings A/c. I dont have a transaction ID but I have Transaction Statement of Union bank attached with this. Transaction time- About 12:20 AM (Today).
When i had completed all formalities of recharging from tata indicom website and i had entered transaction password in union bank website then a new website opens i.e "www.rechargeitnow.com" but this website stops and did not show me the "Transaction Id".
But the amount was deducted from my A/c and recharge not activate till now.
So please help me about this and solve my problem. Either refund my money back or make a recharge of Rs. 349 on my no. i.e [protected].
