I have taken internet connection in the month of May 2009 form M/s. Tata Teleservices Ltd. I have reqested to M/s. Saakar Teleservices (Authorised Agent) to cancel the connection on 16.01.2010 vide request No.[protected] as the services was not satisfactory. However, they did not cancelled the connection till the April 2010 and served three biils for Rs. 99/-, Rs. 1869/- and 547/- respectively. I have paid bill amount of Rs, 99/ under receipt No. 19405711 dated 22.03.2010 for the period 30.01.2010 to 26.02.2010. I have repeatedly requested to the their authorised agents that I have already applied for cancellation of connection and also lodge a complaint to the Nodal Officer of said Company on 08.04.2010 . Now they issued recovery notice No. SC/VAPI/MAR/043 without taking any decesion of my complaint dated 08.04.2010. My E-Mail address is [protected]@rediffmail.com. Was this information helpful? | |||
