[Resolved]  tata indigo ls — Poor response from dealer

This is to inform you that I used to be a proud holder of Indigo LS with registration in Bharuch, Gujarat. My company ( Solvay Specialities India Pvt Ltd ) has bought 5 cars of the Indigo model from Shraddha Motors Pvt Ltd out of which one was mine in August 2008. We in Bharuch have limited options to get our car serviced apart from dealer Shraddha Motors. It is really a pity to communicate that all of our customers are fed up with services of this hopeless dealer and we feel that strong action should be taken against them to improve upon their services to esteemed customers. To site a simple example I had got my car winder fitted in Indigo LS through this car dealer in their workshop. After several problems and follow up the winders were replaced and within a few months the system broke. The accessory department ( Mr Manish from Shraddha ) is not able to supply a winder ( from Autocop, Vadodara ) for more than a month and everytime they are giving false promises that it will be delivered next day. I have no other option but to keep my window open in chilling winter and was not able to drive my car. Our company has decided not to buy a single car from Tata Motors and has shifted their entire business to Maruti. Everytime I service my car there is a problem within a weeks time. We are going on paying hefty charges expecting good services but its in vain. Services in Surat and Vadodara are quite good and reliable.I feel that it may be some unholy activities going on with this dealer premises and customers are suffered for that. Its quite a pity that on one hand Tata is setting up their base in Gujarat and such useless, fraud & careless services are ruining the name of the company and surprisingly the company is not at all bothered for that.
