We have purchased TATA INDIGO LX on 01/01/2007 through RF MOTORS. Name of Regd. Owner is MISIRIYA W/o A. A. USMAN, SHIMRU MANZIL, PARLI, PALAKKAD.

1. Please find attached pictures of Dash board of this Car. Since one year it is looking very ugly, can’t touch, because it is like sticky and we can’t clean. We are doing the services/maintenance of this car from VIJAY MOTORS, PALAKKAD. We have informed them this problem several times, but they told us, that there are some complaints like this from this type of Car, means manufacturing faults and they couldn’t repair and solve this problem.

Front side (Dash Board) is looking very bad, can’t sit safely because if touch the dress it will stick on the Dash board. Therefore, please advice us that how we can repair and be a good look and can clean whenever required.

2. We have paid full payment through TML FIN SERVICES LTD, CALICUT, but we didn’t receive the Original Key from them. They provided a KEY, (attached picture) but it is not the Original Key of this Car. We have asked them several times, but we couldn’t receive a positive answer from their side and till now they didn’t take any action to provide the Original Key.

Sir, I was abroad, there is no one as responsible person at my home to do any action about this matters. Now, I am at my home, kindly I request you to do the necessary action to solve these problems as soon as possible.
