[Resolved] Tata Indigo Manza — company response | |||
sir i have booked an indigo manza with mangalore dealer after going through the net i have found people having serious problems with the vehicle.these problems though has to be resolved by the dealers all over the country it doesnt make sense why the company is hell bent on making such defective products. i want to know has tata motors done any thing in this respect to rectify these defects or shortcomings in new version of manza.a customer is helpless once he buys the car, only person he can turn to is the dealer and company is free of all the hasles . is this right? is there no platform where we can contact the company and let them know that 5 to 10 lakhs is a lot of rupees to an middle class family in india and they cant get neglected this way. should i think of cancelling the manza that i have booked.really in a dilemma. I booked a Indigo Manza auro Saphire on 20.2.2011 with only requirement of getting delivery on 6th but today I have no idea that when I m going to receive the car & after reading the complaints I m also seriously thinking about cancelling my booking.
