We went to Karnataka and in between Bijapur the AC compresser stopped working giving weird smell inside the car. We called customer care they came after 10 hours and the service centre was only 50 km away from there.

My Tata Indigo Manza car was given for its last free service on 28/04/11 at Authorised Service Centre, Concorde Motors, Sanat Nagar, Hyderabad.and they had taken down all the complaints for repair. But when it was sent back to me through a company driver, it was seen that they have not even bothered to do a proper servicing, which is totally unacceptable. Wheel cap was broken and a hefty bill stating blah...blah...blah...for other works/spares...

It was told to me that the average in city should be atleast 14 km and Highway I should expect atleast 17-19km. BREAKDOWN OF NEW MANZA

It is very sad on part of company like TATA that their new product TATA Manza is like a nightmare for the customer. I have purchased the car in Dec'2009 & just in five months of operation three breakdown has occured. Intitally it was problem in clutch then in timing belt & again yesterday again vehicle was breakdown due to clutch problem. For a customer who has spent around 6.0 lac for purchasing the vehicle is feeling cheated...

Poor dealer service

The car went for first service and the right headlight was filled with water during the wash. Reason given: No rubber plug on the focusing outlet, which according to the dealer was due to negligence in PDI at factory level before despatch of vehicle.
