[Resolved]  Tata Mobile — Free Tata to Tata - change of scheme

I had bought initially a pre-paid Tata Mobile connection in which Tata to Tata local calls will be free for the next 2 years. There was no monthly or annual charges got the use also !!

It worked fine besides bad voice quality. To make good use of this free T2T scheme, I had also bought no, .s for my factory employees and relatives.

Then the scheme again opened for its extension only just before my 2 years were expiring.

I again extended this Free T2T scheme on my connection alongwith a few more connections.

All was well till now, when I noticed that my balance has suddenly dropped from around Rs. 1950 to just Rs.960 today !!??

I called customer care, and they informed me that the Free T2T scheme, has been migrated to a new one, in which i would get a limited T2T free calls !! This migration was done in December -08, they informed me.

I objected to the executive since my scheme is valid till June-2013.

I also demanded a statement of account for the last 3 months, so that I can know how my balance eroded. But, he informed me that there is no such way to get the statement and also no way to know how the balance has dropped !!???

Do we as a user have any rights.

I feel cheated by Tata on first, migrating my dear scheme without my consent
and secondly, of hiding the information of my call charges by refusing to give me the statement of calls & charges.

I have now lodged a email complaint to the N.Delhi nodal of Tata.

I hope they will do the justice or else i will have to get ready for an un-necessary fight with Tata for my rights.

tata mobile — avail of offer announced

As per the message that i have recieved from tata(+campign) on 6/21/2009 i had a recharge with Rs 50/- the sameday, but yet now i had been not availed with the offer anounced. I had directly made the complaint with customer care executives two times but no response. Kindly rectify the same and do the need full

tata mobile — dicconenect the outgoing & incoming

i pay the bill but my add changed. so yur company sent a person for conforming new add bu yur person dont find out our residental add but he not call to us for detailed add & TATA mobile srveice are disconnect incoming & outgoing service so i have face more loss bcoz these phone is my offical used so i am not saisfied tata servise
