[Resolved]  Tata Mobile — FRAUD COMPANY

They are just fraud and they activate various funny and awkward things in your mobile and when you call up to say that those things has happened the Customer care guys just tell you that it is not thier fault but ours and do you think that we are that idot to activate such things for ourself I spoke to the agent called "RAVI at 10.01 PM from I had called from DELHI" when I requested to speak with the Supervisor he said I am transferring but the ring went off for 15 Minutes and No response when I called for second time he started in rude tone and said that it is always customers fault and when I requested him to tell me the name of the supervisor who had asked for transfer he just refused and said that you can do whatever you want and send e-mail to whoso ever you want nothing is going to haoppen.

They are just that BAD the whole system seems to be Corrupted if thgese kind of agents work for such a BRAND as TATA.
