[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Service Issue

Hi,

I sent my car for servicing to metro motors Ambala Cantt on 14th of feb.
After receiving the delivery my car was in the garage for 2 days, and next day when we started it, it was not responding.

I complain to these [censored]amp;g people that this is happening, and they said car battery must be discharged. Infact there was a new battery.

Then we sent car to them again somehow, but they said car is fine now.
and today we started again... and its down again..


Is there anyone from tata motors... who can admit that you guys are just ....

Dear Sirs,

Sub:- Complaint for interior attitude from Fortune Cars Pvt.Ltd., Nerul.
My vehicle No.MH06AW-1740-Linia.

I sincerely feel that I did great mistake by purchasing Linia. After 4 Maruti vehicles in past instead of SX4 I purchased Linia was grave error as there is no difference in quality of either earlier management of fiat service provider and or Fortune car. I will be displaying following message on Linia for benefit of Indians.








I was never happy with poor quality service and attitude of Fortune Car Pvt.Ltd., & detailed complaint is as follows:-
1. May be before few months I gave vehicle ( LInia ) for servicing and informed that left rear winder glass motor is not working.

2. Mr.Jitendra told me that although running is 20000 km( twenty thousand) only the warranty period is over and you will have to pay RS.8500/- for motor.

3. It was acceptable, but demanded letter and Jitendra told me that it is ready, it is sent by post etc. etc…… I never received any letter till date.

4. I was prepared to pay but Jitendra told motors are out stock ( It has to be with such quality! )

5. There was promise that he would contact me when motor is available…….. He never contacted me .

6. On 28th May 2012, I noticed yellow engine light with message – Engine check.
7. Informed Fortune Cars Pvt.Ltd., and car was taken from by residence on 29th May 2012.

8. Mr.Jitendra informed me that rats have eaten wire and replacement is RS.5500/- and motor RS.8500/-. With protest I agreed and told Jitendra with warship experience that I like to keep her fault free and I do not have choice so I would pay.

9. I was told by Mr.Jitendra that E-mail is sent ( probably to Italy or may be to Delhi ) and you will have to wait for reply up to 2nd June 2012.

10. Evening 1700 hr. Mr.Jitendra told me that I will have to pay 50% and no cheques are accepted only cash would be accepted.

11. This was salt on wound………as you do not have faith in your customers ( may be you know that you have cheated them & they do not like you ).

12. Now I have taken Bank draft……..as company insisting for cash only…………what to say! Maruti people are better 7 even Gangal Motor, panvel accepts cheques and have full faith in us.

13. Earlier I have had problems of rats entering cabin and your sadist repairing department never bothered to shut ventilators even after 3 times submissions of vehicle.

Sincerely I am sandwiched between rats and cats of fortune and would like to get rid of this vehicle ……..can you help me.

I also want to start campaign not to purchase a vehicle which is serviced by Fortune cars Pvt.Ltd. they have more faith in cash business & not in customers.

I own Tata Indica EV2 Xeta. My car got damaged as tree fell on it few days back. I had taken my car to WASAN Motors, MG Road, Kandivali (W), Mumbai for repair. They checked my car and quoted cost of 70K and gave me documents to submit to insurance company. The insurance company approved my claim but when I received invoice from Wasan Motors it was of 30K. When I asked them why the cost was low they said that they have fixed the damage without replacing them. The major damage was done to Front Glass which was replaced, Right hand side back door and to the roof. I told them if its done please give my car to service department for servicing. The Service Agent called me and informed that there is no major service to do apart from regular servicing of car. They charged me 15K for paid services. When I went to pick up my car I was shocked to see my car in shaaby condition. Immediately I informed the Service agent and he said it will get the cleaning done. I don't understand why car was not cleaned when I was charged for the cleaning services. Today also there are stains of paints and other chemicals on my car.

When I went for drive with the service agent the car was not starting. He informed that battery has become week and will have to replace after 2 months. When I had given the car the battery was fine and there was no issue to which he had no answer. While driving a car some noise were coming from backside, when I asked him about the noise I was told that back seats are not locked that's why the noise is coming. I paid my bill and left from service centre. The noise from back was still there, when I went out with my family in my car they started complaining that noise is too much and unbearable. I took my car to service centre again and ask them to recheck the noise. I was informed that both the shock ups has damaged and need to be replaced. I went and met CRM and told her the entire senario and questioned her that how the shock ups got damage all of sudden when none of your service agent or quality manager had reported the problems in their report. They took my car back after 3 days and changed the part and charged me 4000/- rs for their mistake. My car battery got completely discharged next day and i had to get it replaced from one of the authorised dealer of tata.

The CRM was not at all listening to me and refused to talk to me on billing. I quietly paid the charges and went to pick my car which was again in the shaaby condition. I called CRM out of office and showed her my car condition, she quickly called all the workers and fixed the problems. She did not even had a courtesy to say "SORRY" for what all happened.

I ended up paying 55K for the most horrible service provided to me. I am not concerned about the money I had paid but disheartened with the service given to me. Today when I look at my car I feel really bad.

If this is the kind of service TATA provides then why should I buy your any of the products that are available in the market? I will soon sell off my car and buy another car of MARUTI or FORD who has got better customer services and quality then TATA. I will not recommend TATA to anybody in my life
