[Resolved]  Tata Motors — DEFECTIVE CLUTCH SYSTEM

I bought Tata manza around 18 months back in April 2010, after 5 months of purchase , after driving for 1200 kms , i notice that the clutch was started becoming stiffer day by day , till it started aching my knee i went to their dealer techno motors , they said it is normal. Then the car was sent for third service after one year of purchase around 7,000 kms at Sanya motors (Mayapuri) , they took around Rs 4000 for changing the oil, i told them the same complaint, they said it would be rectify after bleeding the clutch, but instead when i was driving the car the next day i noticed the clutch was not coming up after i was releasing the clutch , the car was again sent to sanya motors they did bleeding again , but the problem still persists, they said to my driver they cannot do more than this. Then i went to concorde motors which is supposedly run by Tata motors itself, they kept the car for one day , did bleeding again, the clutch came up but still according to them the clutch is normal. I happened to drive one brand new Tata Manza standing there (HIM MOTORS), the clutch was feather touch.I feel tata motors is waiting for the warranty to get over , so that they would acknowledge my complaint and charge me for the same.It is only better to buy one thing from tata motors that it truck.Now i have driven app 11,500 kms and taking medicine everyday for my knee ache after driving this vehicle full of complaint. In addition wiper switch is not functioning, Driver information system is not functioning, brake pedal is going down constantly when i press the brake pedal. I had took my vehicle for the brake problem after one month of purchase to Techno motors they kept it for two days and gave me after two day after colliding it with something which broke my front bumper. For which also vehicle was kept for two days and give coating the bumper with god knows which colour. In am thinking of putting an ad in the times of india , delhi requesting people not to buy this vehicle. There was also a survey by tata motors around 3 months back , after which i was promised by that survey guy that somebody from tata motors will contact, but i thing they are least bothered.
