[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Tata Tiago NRG Twist Beam Crack

My Tata Tiago NRG has a manufacturing defect in the rear twist beam. The service centre in Jodhpur is refusing to replace it. The service in-charge claims that since the car has run 75, 000 km, it is not covered under warranty and advised me to claim it through insurance.

However, there is no sign of any accidental damage, and this clearly appears to be a manufacturing defect. If it's a defect from the factory, why should I be forced to claim it under insurance?

I request Tata Motors to resolve this issue immediately. If no action is taken, I will be forced to take legal action against Tata Motors to protect my rights as a consumer.
