Hi Team, SR No.[protected] The matter of the complaint registered with customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in on 27th April 2012 "hello customer care, I am using the tata photon+ for more than a year now - my no. is [protected] For last 3 months my internet usage has gone down severely - So i decided to change from postpaid plan to prepaid plan I submitted an application for the same at the city centre-01 hub (kolkata) along with requisite documents on31 march 2012. Since it was nearing close of that business day - the people who received the application promised me that they will action it on either monday or tuesday i.e. 2nd or 3rd april and my connection will turn into pre-paid by maximum 7th april My bill for that month will be pro-rated and sent to me. but i still received a full month's bill from tata teleservices When i tried calling on the Store manager's phone no. (Bipin) - he said he has gotten shifted to some other store and gave me Sakhya Singh Rath mobile no. I tried talking to sakhya singh rath ....firstly he is not picking my phone and when he picks up the phone he does not answer the question properly This is very disgusting and contrary to Tata docomo's branding - please advise Regards Amey" I followed up on this complaint on 7th May, 10th May, 17th May and again on 22nd May. There has been no action on above complaint - except that I keep receiving emails about calling helpline 121 for any help required.
