THIS IS FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION THAT I BOUGHT TATA PHOTON MAX HAVING NUMBER [protected] AND ACCOUNT NUMEBER[protected] ON 23RD JANUARY 2012 .
NOW THAT LATER I FOUND THAT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE WITH THE SAME FOR PERSONAL INEVITABLE REASON AND DEPOSITED RS.1700/- ON 3RD FEBRUARY 2012. ALSO I MADE REQEST TO IMMEDIATELY CLOSE/DISCONNECT MY CONNECCTION WITH IMMEDIATE ACTION BY MAIL to customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, nodalofficer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in AND ONLINE TO COUNTRY HEAD MR. to me, nodalofficer.d. WITH MAIN CONTENTS AS FOLLOWS:-

“We request you to kindly wait till the generation of your bill so that we can check your usage in the same and if any discrepancy found then we will definitely resolve the issue on priority basis.”
AND ALSO TLAKED 2-3 TIMES AT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE HELP LINE NUMBER
[protected] IFRST WEEK OF JANUARY 2012 AND NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE WAS GIVEN. THE COMPANY OFFICIALS ARE ADAMANT AND INSISTING THAT CONNECTION CAN BE CLOSED OR TERMINATED ONLY WHEN THE BILL WILL BE GENERATED BY COMPUTER. MAY I ASK THEM WHEN ALL MY USAGE AND NECESSARY DETAILS ARE PRESENT AT THEIR SERVER AS UNBILLED AMOUNT AND ALSO FROM GOING TO TEIR SITE ONLY I DEPOSITED RS.1700/- ON 3RD FEB’2012 WHEN I COULD SEE MY UNBILLED USAGE AS RS.1645/-(APPROX). IT IS SO EASY THAT MY ACCOUNT DETAILS BE CALCULATED MANUALLY AND THE AMOUNT BE COMMUNICATED TO ME ON MY MOBILE [protected] AND I PROMISE TO PAY THE SAID AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY EITHER ONLINE OR AT THEIR COLLECTION CENTRES. BUT THEY ARE NOT WILLING FOR THIS AND ADAMANT FOR COMPUTER GENERATED BILL . HAVE THEY FORGOTTEN MATHEMATICS .MAY I ASK ONCE THE BILL IS GENERATED AND SAY THE COMPUTER GOES TO NEXT BILLIING CYCLE THEN I HAVE TO PAY FOR NEXT BILLING CYCLE ALSO BECAUSE THEY ARE PUTTING DEAF EARS TO ALL MY REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS. SUCH COMPANIES WHO ARE NOT FOR HELPING THE PEOPLE OF REPUBLIC OF INDIA WHOSE OFFICIALS HAVE GIVEN THEM LICENCE TO OPERATE IN INDIA SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY DEBARRED, BLACKLISTED AND THEIR LICENCE MUST BE IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED. BECAUSE THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE WHERE COMPANY CAN PUT LOGIC OF TIME FRAMES AS THAT, FIRST CUSTOMERCARE EXECUTIVE WILL WORKOUT AND IF NOT WITH IN 3 WEEKS RESOLUTION MADE THEN NODAL OFFICER AND FURTHER APPELLATE AUTHORITY AFTER 3 MONTHS. WHEN TIME IS MAJOT CONSTRAINT FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO ISA DOCTOR ,I THINK THE PROCESS OF REDRESSAL SHOULD BE ACCELERATED AND MY CONNECTION BE CANCELLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
