[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Issue in closing the connection | |||
I'm trying to cancel my tataphoton plus connection for the past 6 months. I have not touched the device for six months. I placed my cancellation request in August last year and they said our representative will call you. After 3 days I got a call from customer care executive. I explained to him that I need to surrender the connection. He was talking about all kind of promotions and waivers recommended for me if I use the device. I denied all those and strongly said that I need to close my connection. He promised me that after 15 days my connection will be closed. But within those 15 days I got the bill for previous month. Then I again called them and explained. This time they said "You make the payment then we will close the connection". I paid then again I raised a cancellation request. Again they said it will be closed in 15 days. I said ok. After a month, I got the bill again. This time I lost the patience and called them and said clearly that I will not pay because I am not using the device. They accepted the fault is on their side but asked me to pay the bill. I quoted all the reference numbers. No use. Then I started getting LEGAL NOTICE. By this time my bill was 2048. This time I spoke politely and asked for resolution. They said we are waivering five hundred you Pay 1500 and we will close the connection. I agreed and paid (What a fool I am!). This is the worst part. Again I got the bill for 500/-. Now what I should do ? The customer care representatives act as if they don't understand my problem and they cut the call in between. I have around 10 reference numbers for all the calls I made. This time I am very sure that I will not pay this amount. If they send a legal notice I am ready to face it legally. My connection number is[protected]. Tata Photon+ — after closing the account getting the bills
Dear sirThrough mail I have requested to tata customer care team close my tata photon+ account ([protected].) on 16/07/2011 for that mail tata CC team confirmed account was closed on the same day and give the ref No-M4786164 for further records. but still I am getting bills and calls form billing department ,so that here with I requesting please do needful and advice me
