Tata Photon Plus — EXCESSIVE BILL AT MINIMUM USAGE | |||
Hello, I am having a Tata Photon Plus connection with 2GB @ 750 per month plan but for the last 2 months, I am getting excessive bills against very average kind o[censored]sage.Please suggest me how to go about otherwise I have to withdraw the connection. Was this information helpful? | |||

I raised this issue on behalf of Mr. Pradip Kumar Goswami (Brother-in-Law) who is experiencing this persistent problem.
Each month in spite of minimum usage, he is getting bills beyond his budget.
So request you to gauge and solve this problem, and if possible, provide better alternate options reg plans so that he does not have to change the subscriber.
I am a TCS employee and would never want anyone to feel like what my brother has faced.
Please reach me at the earliest.

Tata Photon — excessive bill
i got a tata photon connection in a scheme with samsung laptops after paying an extra sum of rupees 1500/- and in return company promised me to give 15 gb data per month for two months and after two months an additional 2gb for next 4 months.My connection was activated on 7th of march.so according to the terms i should be provided 15 gb data free for two months ending on 6th of may.but the data used by me on 6th of may was charged which was around 3.9 gb and it was in the limit of 15 gb per month.so you are requested to look in to the matter and please do the justice as these private firms are betraying customers everyday and nothing is happening to them.my tata photon details are given belowtata photon no.[protected]
