Tata Photon Plus — No bill & No intimation - Service disconnected | |||
I had called up Customer Care Services on 10th and 12th April 2012 regarding the service which was dis-connected for non-payment. Please note that I haven't received any intimation through e-mail nor postal service. Inspite of speaking to your CCS, though promises were made that it will be sent through e-mail (after confirming the e-mail ID), I am yet to receive the intimation till 2225hrs today. Could you please arrange to provide a copy of the bill so that I can arrange payment. Was this information helpful? | |||
