Tata Photon Plus Postpaid — excessive bill in free time period and slow speed | |||
respected sir, i am photon plus postpaid user.i have purchased ur device on offer of purchasing of acer laptop.i got it @ worth Rs750 and 1 month free usage on 28 may 2011.but when i opened my account on 9 july to watch how much data i have used it shows that much data which i have not used. i am in dinjan cantt. 10 km away from tinsukia city and i am getting a speed of whiz whis in tata photon zone and do you think in whiz speed how 1 can use more than 2 gb with downloading speed in 800bytes to 5kbps?why i have to pay for that which i have not used?on asking from customer care that why i have recieved bill in free(offer period) month they are unable to make me understand that what is the issue and i advised him to you speak to me in hindi if you have any problem while making me understand,he said he dont know hindi?what a shame for this company and their employee that they dont know their own language in their own country how they will handle the customers.i would request the company either take any action on my bill or please disconnect my photon service how ever it is in free 1 month use which is over.i dont want such a bad service provider which takes time and money both but give only tension and nothing else.i will be thankfull to that employee, who will save me from this matter. thanking you krishna tiwari photon no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
