Tata Photon Plus — couldn't get balance even after 50 hours of fund transferred | |||
Respected Madam,Sir/ My name is Sandeep. I am using Tata Photon Plus internet from long time. My Tata No.is [protected].I have transferred online funds of Rs.2001/- for given plan on 5th July 2011 at 7:27 pm. But till now I didn`t get my recharge usage.I have provided all necessary statements two time to customer care. But no any action has taken. And onetime they gave me some No. and told that you will get resolution upto 13 th July 2011. Upto then what will I do?
