Tata Photon Plus — should i pay the bill ??

when i was studying in Guwahati i bought tata photon plus after i graduated i went to the bharulumukh office and told them to terminate my service ... after i reached my hometown the service was still up and running .. i paid the bill for some months and went to Dimapur office to terminate the service ... but they wouldnt ... so i stopped paying the bill and asked them to terminate my service then i will pay the bill they agreed i did pay but it kept repeating , so i stopped paying the bill ...i stayed at a rented house when i was studying at Guwahati. the owner called me and told me i had received a court order. i called customer service and they werent much of a help... i am still confused should pay the bill? what if they still continue to send me bills ?
