Tata Photon+ — Receiving Bills every month even 2 Months After Disconnection Request | |||
I am a TATA group employee, working for Tata Consultancy Services Limited. I am sorry to say this, but I had always experienced hard times with Tata Photon+ Service. I don't believe Tata Tele Services train their Customer Service Representatives. This complaint is with respect to the account number[protected] and Tata Photon number [protected]. I had subscribed to TN-PHOTON PLUS [protected]@250 Plan. I had an outstanding balance of Rs.804 on June 18th. I paid it in full on 18th June 2012 at a local Tata Docomo Store (Sholinganallur Branch) and also requested for a disconnection of the Service. The request was taken and registered in their System. I was told that it'll take 3 business days for the disconnection request to be completed and I will receive a final bill after that. But, I am receiving bills continuously till date and I had sent to the store couple of times later to verify if the account is still active or not. Unfortunately, the account was active all the time. I haven't even connected the Tata Photon+ device even once after that. I am not willing to pay this amount. I sincerely advise people to not to take Tata Photon+ service hereafter.
