[Resolved]  Tata Photon Whiz — network problem

Dear sir,

I am Asif Raza ,photon no. is [protected] from churcha colliery Distt-korea(baikunthpur) Chhattishgarh I have used your service from one and half year and I was very setishfy till october 4 2012 by your service your service is too much better than other service provider , unfortunately the tata photon user/docomo/cdma user face problem from 4 October 2012 at 3 pm the network is failed in that time I thought that may be it was some technical problem and I contact to your customer care executive on toll free no. [protected] he replied me there is not any technical problem may be your device create trouble so come to near service center and check your device,but when I went to retailer and said about the problem then he replied my all the cdma and dongle of tata photon was not doing function ,I also contact to other tata cdma user he also replied me that same problem they all are faceing ,lastly when I seek what was the reason behind it then I seek that the tower of your at subhash nagar/vivekanand colony near Ahmed Std,pco ,churcha colliery,Distt-korea(Baikunthpur) not doing function some technical problem may be occur and even your technical staff do not come to solve it,now after one weak the problem is remain same . I know that according toTRAI regulation act if any technical problem is not solve by service provider in a weak than company have to return or exempted the rent or using unit. But my intention is not this I only request you that please solve the problem as soon as possible.
