I have bought the safari vx last year on 13th April 2008. The customer experience right from the purchase till the second service today has been nothing but pathetic.
The way the car was delivered with inherent problems of
cracking voice when you turn sterring on right
Door problems
Service book with missing papers
distorted AC front dash board vent plastic
Glove box door with gap
Damaged steering wheel
Even after the first service and now the second nothing has changed.
People talk very politely but do not deliver any services.
I am intrested in services and value for money and not sweet talk. Even to explain them and go over the thing agaian and again my precious time is wasted.
Just sent the vechile back to service station which came back from second service. I was flabberghated to see that the interiors were having stains of oil and grese and nobody bothered to check it properly, futher the simple answer was send it back and we will get it cleaned. Who is going to pay for the diesel who is going to pay for my precious time.
There is no sense of customer satisfaction in concord servcice station forget about customer delight.
