[Resolved]  Tata Safari — complaint

dear sir,
i am sukhwinder singh from zirakpur punjab. i have purchased on 2nd jully 2008 a new safarri 2.2 car from joshi auto zone chandigarh but i have face some technical problem from four vehicle. i requset to you please change my safari car after conserd to your higher authority.

Dear Sir

I am wondering at now a days where competition is very tough in every sector how they people survive through servicing the customers in pathetic. My complaint still from the day one when i buy tata safari in 2008.Gear leather cover was totally cracked from the day 1...I lodged a complaint to dealer and their PUNE office but all in vain..no replacement till date it`s more than 9 months now.

Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

my vehicle's floor mats are not of tata safari's.I purchased the vehicle on 3.3.09, from urs motors-mysore
and my vehicle's service indicator gets on very often and my vehicle gets a jerk.i went for check up 2 times in mysore & 2 times in banglore.In banglore concerd motors they said there was a problem in clutch sensor and it has been solved.but the next day i had the same problem but they could not solve it.
and also my vehicle moves towards left side in the level road.in first service they spoilt my seat cover.hope u will kindly oblige and solve my problem.

WE A HAVE PURCHASED A NEW TATA SAFARI DICORE IN 2ND WEEK OF DEC.2009 AND AFTER THE DRIVE OF KM. 5200. ITS FRONT WHEEL SUPPORTING ROODS MEAT WITH THE BREAKAGE ON DATED 17.02.2010 AT NH-20 AT SHAHPUR BAZAR .MEAN TIME WE HAVE INTIMATE TO YOUR KIND OFFICE AT JKR MOTORS MATOUR TEHSIL & DISTT. KANGRA HIMACHAL PRADESH BY TELEPHONIC ALLY .BUT UP TODATE WE DON'T GET HAVE ANY RECTIFICATION OF THE VEHICLE. VEHICLE IS STAND IN IDEAL POSITION. I AM SUFFERING A LOT. KINDLY TELL US HOW IT HAPPENS OR FOR FUTURE IT WILL HAPPEN IN SAME MANNER.
KINDLY THINK OVER IT .
