I went to this SBI Branch to open a PPF account on 10th August, 2013 (Saturday), the person in the Govt./Pension counter(some Mr. Rao) asked me to come down on Monday(12th August, 2013). He just asked me to bring a address proof document and an identity proof document. I went to the bank on Wednesday(13th August, 2013) with the required documents, on that day even he could not process my request and he asked me to bring a witness(he didn't tell me the other day to bring a witness and only asked me to bring the documents). He asked me to come down in the second half the next day. So, the next day I went to the bank with the required documents and a witness. I filled up the form and verified the same from him. That guy verified the form and told me that everything in the form is Ok and asked me to come down on Saturday(17th August, 2013) and collect the passbook. Now, when I went to collect my passbook today(17th August, 2013) that guy told me that there was some mistake on my part in filling up the form and I have to bring the witness and fill up the form once again. How can he tell me that there's some mistake in my form after he himself reviewed the form and told me that everything is filled up fine?
So, for opening a simple PPF account I already have visited the bank 4 times and the account is yet to be opened. I am very much disappointed with SBI's service.

SBI — money deducting.
21st Feb deducting two types of amount.One is 9990 rs.
2nd is 1000rs.
again another deduction is 2nd march.
1000rs.
I am calling customer care executive.
They are giving complaint number.my complain
No.PO[protected].kindly take action and refund my amount.
