[Resolved]  Tata Sky — customer helpline number not responding

Dear sir,

My Tatasky Ac no. is [protected].From last 15day i am trying to change my current pack from supersaver which is costing Rs.275/month to super value which costs Rs 200/month.
But after i given a call to helpline no[protected], they receiving my call but within 2sec calls is getting disconected,and this is happened with me number of times,i also used different mobile to call this helpline number but responce is same with every call.

If this is the condition then were we have to call,and how can we manage our tata sky DTH account..

Tata Sky — Customer care not responding

I have been trying to get in touch with the Customer care, in order to query about the black out of Ten sports and ESPN, for the past 4 days and was never able get connected to a technical associate.

Is there any way I can speak to the customer care or the concerned people?
i want to take a new connection of the tata sky i pay with my credit card on 13/7/2008 and iam not sutisified and iam still not riching in my home so whean can i geat a new connection and today is 17/7/2008 and my contack no is :[protected]
Unable to login to the Tatasky website for the last 3 days as I want to recharge my account online.

TataSky — NOT RESPONDING TO HELP LINE NUMBERS

I wanted to change to a lower package and I have been trying their helpline[protected] since 1st May 2010 and though I'm able to go upto the menu and choose options there after a recorded message about one of their product comes repeatedly at the cost o[censored]s -- I'm charged for the long unending wait time.

This is happening for 2 days and today 2th May 2010, I was trying again and things have not chaged. I'm unable to change from higher package to lower package and tatasky would be deducting an higher amount.

This is a delibrate attemp to extract money from customer without allowing consumer to change by not providing proper service.

I want Tatasky to refund the money they would deduct from 1st May until they rectify this problem.

In case of downgrade you will have to call the customer care to do so. This function is not available in the website however, the best part is that there are no charges for downgrade whereas some of the other dth players do charge for downgrade. The number[protected] is appropriate if you are from Kolkatta, general MTNL/BSNL lines:[protected]. You should be able to get through by these numbers. During peak hours lines maybe busy in case of pending calls the Co.arranges for callback. It does work 24*7 allowing you to call at your convenience. The customercare will be able to downgrade and charge depending on the date of downgrade as you make the payments on the specified date they will not be able to deduct any amount unless you have paid in advance. In case you have paid in advance and still wish to go for a downgrade find out regarding the terms and conditions in concern to this matter by getting in touch with the customercare. Additional amount will not be deducted from your account but according to the payment made by you.
Since last three days i am trying to call tata help line but they are disconnecting the phone after dialing 5 number to speak to technical support, till data i have spend around 500 rupees just behind the call to help line. kindly refund my money with interest. very very poor services from tata sky. bhavesh bhatt
